Whether you are considering refractive eye surgery, cataract surgery, dry eye treatments, cosmetic surgery, glaucoma surgery, or medical eye care, we accept a variety of payment methods and financing options to fit your budget. We work with almost all medical insurance plans and will exhaust all options to help you understand and use your insurance benefits. Our goal is cost transparency and access to the highest quality care.

Fees, Billing, and Collection

All non-covered services, deductibles, and co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Visa. We will be happy to discuss fees in advance and provide an estimate on any service we provide. Give us a call today at 561-451-0655.

We understand that managing healthcare expenses can be challenging. To assist, we offer payment plan options. For more information on eligibility and how these plans can benefit you, please contact our office today. This includes co-pays, deductibles, refraction fees, and any outstanding balances. Our goal is to help you understand your financial responsibility while reducing surprise bills after your visit.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Collecting at the time of service ensures transparency, reduces administrative costs, and helps prevent unexpected bills later on.

We will collect co-pays, unmet deductibles, non-covered service fees, refraction fees (used to determine your eyeglass prescription), and any past due balances.

We use real-time eligibility tools to verify active insurance coverage and your benefits.

We’re happy to work with you. You can pay a portion today and arrange a monthly payment plan.

Keeping a card on file simplifies the payment process. Patient services will contact you prior to charging your card. All card data is encrypted and stored securely through a third-party vendor.

Our billing team is here to help! Please contact our office, 561-451-0655, to speak with a patient service representative.

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for out-of-pocket expenses. While your health insurance may not cover a new pair of eyeglasses or contact lens fitting fees, these costs are covered. Even better—so are LASIK eye surgery and many cosmetic or dry eye procedures.

We’re committed to clear communication, fair billing, and exceptional care—every step of the way.

Government Approved Plans

Several government-approved plans can also make treatment with our eye doctors or esthetician affordable for you.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to deduct any tax-exempt amount you choose from each paycheck for non-covered healthcare costs at any time during the year.
  • Health Spending Accounts (HSA) are also tax-exempt and have been compared to IRA accounts, in that you can use it for healthcare or retirement. Unlike FSA’s, you can use your Health Spending Account like an investment program.

Consult your Human Resources Department to learn whether your company offers either of these beneficial programs. Both are perfect opportunities to make our services more affordable to you.
